Our site uses an a.i. system to determine shipment prices based on the dimensions and weight of your order.  If you feel the shipping has been over-estimated, please reach out to us.

Since we are primarily a wholesale business, our commitment is to offering the best margin and pricing possible for our educators on individual products. For this reason, we do not currently offer 'Free' shipping, which would require us to increase the overall pricing of all products. Remember, Free shipping isn't really free.

Orders placed online are processed between the hours of 10AM-5PM Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before 12PM PST are typically shipped the following business day, but in some cases may be delayed due to high order frequency.

If standard ground shipping is requested, the time it takes for your order to arrive will vary based on your distance from our fulfillment warehouse in Southern California.  Most West Coast residents will receive their order within 2-3 business days.  (Note: Weather, natural disasters and higher carrier volume may delay standard shipping timelines). You have the option to choose from all major carriers (UPS, USPS and FedEx) upon checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking info. If a phone number was provided, you will receive text updates. To check the status of your order, login and visit your Account page. Click on the order number to view it's current status.

Products are eligible for a return within 30 days of original purchase, in new and unworn condition and in the original packaging.
